Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, SOCPA, CMA, or ACCA certification is highly preferred. Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management. Previous experience in a Financial Controller or similar leadership role. Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.

Strong leadership and people management abilities.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
