JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Finance Controller to take full ownership of our finance function. You’ll be the senior-most finance professional in the business, supported by one assistant, and responsible for everything from reporting and compliance to strategic financial planning. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who’s ready to build and shape the finance function in a growing company.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Qualified in ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Professional in Xero accounting software and Monday.com is a significant plus.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Prior experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Deliver clear financial reports and analysis to management
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process
• Manage cash flow and working capital.
• Ensure tax compliance (VAT, corporate tax, etc.)
• In charge of all financial processes such as account receivables, account payables, payroll and Monthly closing.
• Oversee inventory accounting and reconciliation
• Support continuous improvement of internal financial controls and systems
