Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Financial Controller to join our organization. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to develop their career in hospitality controlling, with a focus on inventory management, financial controls, and performance monitoring.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of inventory management principles
  • Proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn industry-specific software
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken)
  • Right to live and work in Italy without visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
  • Support the management of Food & Beverage inventory processes, including assisting with regular audits, maintaining inventory records, and helping identify discrepancies.
  • Monitor operational inventory systems to ensure accurate stock counts and support the implementation of inventory control procedures.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting company KPIs, gathering data from various departments, and preparing regular performance reports.
  • Support budget preparation and variance analysis, working closely with department supervisors to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Help maintain internal control procedures and participate in process improvement initiatives.
