Your tasks:

• Development and maintenance of key performance indicator-based controlling for manufacturing and transport processes
• Creation and further development of monthly, quarterly and management reports
• Conducting target-actual analyses and interpreting deviations, including deriving proposed measures.
• Support with budget planning, forecasts and demand calculations for the current year
• Further development of cost and result logics for economic efficiency assessment
• Analysis of cost structures along the supply chain (manufacturing, processing, logistics)
• Preparation of decision-making information for internal stakeholders (production, logistics, management)

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of business administration/controlling/finance or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in controlling, ideally in a production or complex logistics environment
• Excellent knowledge of cost accounting, planning, variance analysis and reporting.
• Proficient use of MS Excel and ideally experience with BI/reporting tools
• Experience with ERP systems is advantageous (specifically depending on the setup).
• Analytical thinking skills, numerical understanding, and a structured work approach
