We’re looking for a Financial Controller & Reporting Specialist to deliver accurate financial insights, support strategic decisions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. If you’re detail-oriented, analytical, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is for you! Location: Porto 🚀 What You’ll Do: Produce timely and accurate management control reports for Head Office. Drive forecasting and budgeting processes. Monitor and analyze headcount and expenses (actual vs. forecast/budget). Deliver regulatory reports in line with local compliance standards. Implement controls and ensure reporting accuracy. Collaborate across Finance and other teams to validate data and improve processes. Support top management with ad hoc analysis and insights. Habilitações 🛠️ What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, or Accounting. Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. Advanced Excel expertise (including Power Query, automation, and file optimization). Fluent in English. Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
