We’re Sea Lanes – a bold, community-led leisure hospitality business that’s all about open water swimming and creating incredible experiences! Since opening our first site in Brighton in June 2023, we’ve been making serious waves on the seafront, and we’re just getting started.
With our second site opening late 2025 and a third scheduled for summer 2026, we’re growing fast and we need a brilliant Financial Controller to help steer our exciting journey. This isn’t your typical finance role – this is about being part of something truly special where nature, wellness, and hospitality come together!

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
• Proficient in financial software (especially Xero) and Excel wizardry
• Outstanding communication skills – you can make complex numbers tell compelling stories
• Demonstrated leadership with experience managing and developing teams
