As our Financial Controller you will have a key role in supporting the Örebro factory and being part of a European Finance team. It’s a great chance to take ownership and grow, drive insights, and make a real impact. Key responsibilities Analyze gross margins and overall product profitability, identify improvement opportunities, and follow up with operations leaders. Provide monthly cost‑tracking and variance analyses (inventory, cost of poor quality, department costs, etc.). Lead forecasting and budgeting activities, including balance sheet planning and supporting managers. Contribute to monthly financial closing. Participate in key operational and financial meetings (Weekly Forecast, Inventory E&O and Warranty). Ensure accurate product costing through monthly allocations and yearly standard cost updates.
