- Oversee cash flow, credit, collection, purchasing policies, and payment timelines - Maintain financial documentation and deliver monthly performance reports - Supervise accounting teams and enhance credit/collection efficiency - Manage working capital: cash, credit terms, inventory economics - Ensure accounting system accuracy, internal controls, and documentation cycles - Support annual budgeting, variance analysis, and performance metrics - Lead pricing analysis for products/service - Prepare financial statements, cost analysis, variances, and profit-center analytics - Strengthen internal controls, audit responses, and debt collection - Deliver training for accountants and drive continuous financial capability development Requirements - Bachelor’s in Accounting - 10+ years in financial management - Strong communication, leadership, analysis, and presentation capabilities - Ability to interpret financial reports and apply analytical/statistical tools - Comfortable with long desk hours, system work, and occasional travel
