As Financial Controller, you will report directly to the Managing Director and play a pivotal role in ensuring robust financial management, driving improvements in systems and controls, and supporting the leadership team in delivering accurate and insightful financial reporting. You will lead a small finance team while working closely with project teams to provide clear oversight of project performance.

• Preparing and delivering monthly management accounts, including reporting packs and processes
• Leading the year-end process, liaising with auditors and managing adjustments
• Implementing and improving financial controls, policies and procedures
• Overseeing stock and inventory control and reporting
• Managing and mentoring a finance team of three
• Delivering project accounting and reporting on project performance with the MD
