Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of the hotel’s financial operations—planning, reporting, controls, and risk management Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with internal and regulatory standards Partner with departmental heads to review budgets, forecasts, and actual performance Ensure proper internal controls across purchasing, inventory, payroll, and fixed asset management Oversee accounts payable, receivables, and cash flow, ensuring liquidity and compliance Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and local regulatory bodies Guide and mentor the finance team for continuous performance improvement Support pre-opening projects, systems implementation, and CapEx planning as needed Required Qualifications: Minimum 7+ years’ experience as Assistant Financial Controller or Finance Manager in a 4 or 5-star hotel OR Minimum 5+ years’ experience as Financial Controller in a comparable upscale hospitality property Professional qualification preferred (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Hands-on experience in financial reporting, audits, budget planning, cost controls, P&L oversight, and statutory compliance Proficiency in hotel finance systems (Opera, Sun, Materials Control, or similar) Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Compensation & Eligibility We offer a competitive compensation package based on experience and performance.
