IREIT Global Group Pte. Ltd. (the “REIT Manager”), is jointly owned by Tikehau Capital and City Developments Limited. Tikehau Capital is an asset management and investment group listed in France, while City Developments Limited is a leading real estate operating company listed in
Singapore. REIT Manager currently manages a Singapore-listed real estate investment trust (the “REIT”) with a portfolio of European properties.
Listed in 2014, IREIT Global is the first Singapore REIT with the investment strategy of principally investing, directly or indirectly, in a portfolio of income-producing real estate in Europe, which is used primarily for office, retail and industrial (including logistics) purposes, as well as real estate-related assets. The current portfolio consists of five freehold office properties in Germany, five freehold office properties in Spain and forty-four retail properties located in France.

Responsibilities
  • Support the CFO to drive the financial and tax strategy, planning, budgeting and forecasting for the Manager and the REIT.
  • Provide insightful analyses to Management and the Board for decision making. Highlight current issues and anticipate potential issues, providing appropriate solutions.
  • Supervise financial, statutory tax and regulatory reporting for the Manager and the REIT.
  • Ensure accurate financial and regulatory reporting in accordance with SGX, MAS, and relevant accounting standards.
  • Ensure a robust system of internal financial and tax controls is operating effectively.
  • Manage cash flows, financing, capital structure and hedging for FX and interest rate risks for the REIT.
  • Understand and monitor property-level financials and valuations.
  • Work well and effectively with stakeholders including managers, property managers/advisors, auditors, trustee, banks.
  • Monitor the enterprise risk management frameworks, ensuring that key risks are identified, mitigated and reported to Management and the Board.
  • Support M&A, acquisitions, divestments, capital raising and strategic initiatives for the REIT.
  • Lead and develop the finance team. Foster a culture of accountability, curiosity and innovation.
  • Drive digital transformation and Yardi enhancements, while leveraging data and automation to improve financial operations.
