About the position Location: Bengaluru Hybrid As a Financial Controller, (you are a member of the Turkey Financial Controlling team. You work from our office in Bangalore, and you directly report to the Senior Finance Controlling Manager Turkey. You will be responsible for the end-to-end General Ledger process and will work cross-functionally with the local and central team to support, coordinate and facilitate the implementation of new and improved structures, processes and activities. You will work in close partnership with Tax, Treasury, Supplychain and Commercial Finance, Global FSS, internal and external auditors. So, what does it take to be successful in this role? Managing end-to-end General Ledger and statutory reporting with precision – You’ll handle all RTR processes, including journal entries, allocations, intercompany reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Executing month-end close and compliance activities flawlessly – You’ll ensure timely completion of month-end tasks, employee-related adjustments, and adherence to IFRS, local GAAP, and internal controls, while supporting external audit requirements. Collaborating with global and local teams for seamless operations – You’ll work closely with Tax, Treasury, Supply Chain, Commercial Finance, and Global FSS to maintain process integrity and deliver accurate reporting. Driving process simplification and standardization – You’ll contribute to harmonizing accounting processes in line with global Flora practices, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy. Supporting audits and maintaining governance standards – You’ll prepare documentation for internal and external audits, uphold strong financial controls, and ensure operational resilience across systems.
