JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting principles and practices. This role requires strong financial acumen, technical accounting expertise, and the ability to manage complex financial reporting requirements. The Financial Controller will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulations while providing strategic financial guidance to support organizational goals.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in public accounting or corporate accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in financial report writing and regulatory reporting practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform account reconciliation and general ledger reconciliation effectively.
  • Familiarity with budgeting processes and cash management strategies.
  • Experience using financial software tools (QuickBooks) for efficient financial management.
  • Strong understanding of debits & credits principles and double entry bookkeeping practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively. Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
