Hayward Tyler Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Controller to lead our UK finance operations. This senior management role is pivotal in driving financial performance, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting strategic initiatives across the business.

• Lead & Develop a high-performing finance team across management accounting, AP, credit control, customs compliance, and payroll.
• Own Financial Reporting: Deliver accurate month end close by working day 3, and lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure Compliance: Oversee statutory accounts, audit files, tax packs, and maintain robust balance sheet controls.
• Manage Cash & Treasury: Cash forecasting and credit control
• Oversee AP & Payroll: Approve payment runs, review supplier terms, and ensure accurate payroll submissions.
• Support Strategic Initiatives: Act as deputy to the Finance Director and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
