Our Client is in the Commodity Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Financial Controlling Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.

Requirement

• Serve as a business partner to monitor and enhance the financial and operational performance of the Profit Centre.
• Collaborate closely with commercial and operational teams, actively participating in management control initiatives.
• Deliver insightful financial and non-financial information, along with actionable recommendations, to drive financial excellence.
• Oversee monthly closing processes and internal reporting from subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with Group reporting standards.
• Conduct detailed and critical analyses of the Profit Centre’s operating performance.
• Develop dashboards to monitor profitability, cost control, working capital efficiency, cash flow management, and other key performance metrics.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, formulate business action plans, and ensure effective budget control.
• Identify, monitor, and report key risks, including financial reporting risks and other factors that may impact value protection and creation.
• Ensure subsidiaries adhere strictly to Group financial control policies and guidelines.
• Handle any additional tasks or projects as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Min Bachelor’s degree in finance/accountancy/Banking, ACCA or equivalent.
• Min 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the manufacturing or commodities business would be a advantage
• Experienced with complex budget, financial model to drive business processes and control.
• Strong knowledge in accounting, costing, taxation and internal control.
