Would you like to join us? Nikolay Popov is looking for a new team member. We are looking for a highly motivated Controlling Expert to join our Finance team and play a key role in driving strategic decision-making and business performance. Your daily routine would include: Supporting the full controlling cycle — strategy planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis; Building and following up on business cases, assessing profitability, and helping management make data-driven decisions; Consolidating planning and reporting data across teams and departments; Acting as a finance partner to Marketing, PR, Sales, and Customer Experience — explaining the financial impact of business decisions and analyzing key trends; Improving controlling processes and KPIs to ensure accurate and meaningful reporting; Preparing monthly reports, deep-diving into variances, and highlighting key insights; Creating clear presentations and ad hoc analyses to support management decisions; Working with international teams to meet deadlines and deliver results; Managing budget allocation across cost centers. We’ll know you can make it if you have: At least 1 year of experience in Controlling or a similar finance role; A university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills; A result-oriented mindset, positive attitude, and motivation to grow; The ability to work in an agile environment and handle multiple tasks effectively; Proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP (CO, FI) and BI tools is an advantage; Fluency in English; good command of German is a plus.
