Experience & Key Responsibilities: Present and review financial contracts with patients and/or guardians. Set up, maintain, and monitor patient payment plans and account balances. Process payments, send billing statements, and manage financial correspondence. Follow up on past-due accounts while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Collaborate with insurance, front office, and clinical teams to ensure accurate and seamless patient accounts. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management. Requirements Experience in dental or orthodontic billing/financial coordination preferred. Strong communication skills with a patient-first mindset. Ability to handle sensitive financial discussions with professionalism and empathy. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in computer systems and practice management software.
