Garland K. Davis DDS is a well-established general dental practice (30+ years strong) with a reputation for excellence in both care and team culture. We’re expanding and seeking an experienced Virtual Financial Coordinator to manage insurance A/R, patient billing, claims, and collections for our multi-million-dollar, fee-for-service practice.
This is not your average remote dental admin role. You will be fully responsible for verifying insurance, maximizing collections, and leading billing and AR workflows—all while helping drive financial results and improve patient access to care.
This is a 1099 contract, fully remote role. You must be self-driven, detail-obsessed, and skilled in both tech and dental finance.

• Verify dental insurance benefits and accurately input data into the PMS
• File clean claims, post EOBs/payments, and follow up on outstanding insurance balances
• Own all patient A/R workflows, including follow-up calls, statements, and documentation
• Maintain 100% collection rate on insurance and patient balances
• Manage 30/60-day AR reports and resolve accounts quickly
• Work cross-functionally with our virtual and in-office team to track pre-auths, financial arrangements, and payment plans
• Prepare financial reports, support budgeting, and help drive decisions with accurate data
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations and external CPA to ensure financial compliance and transparency
