Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to contribute to the development of critical and high-impact financial and corporate communications materials for external and internal audiences, primarily the investment community, and C-Suite and Board-level executives.
This position will offer flexibility for hybrid work schedules to include a combination of both in-office presence and telecommute/virtual work, to be based in either Los Angeles, CA or Dallas, TX.
JOB SUMMARY
AECOM is the global infrastructure leader. With number one rankings in each of its key end markets, including transportation, water, environment and facilities, the company delivers professional services across the project lifecycle – from planning, design and engineering to consulting and construction management. This dynamic company, ranked #291 on the Fortune 500, is continually engaged in high-impact and highly strategic communications campaigns that support the ongoing execution of its Think and Act Globally strategy.
Reporting to and working closely with the Associate Vice President of Financial, Corporate and Digital Communications, the Financial & Corporate Communications Manager, will play key role in supporting these campaigns. In particular, this role will aid in the development of AECOM’s financial communications narrative that is supported by substantive proof points, with the goal of maximizing the company’s visibility within the finance and business community, as well as current and potential employees and key clients.
The position requires an individual with exceptional critical thinking ability and the ability to closely collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engagement with the communications, marketing, finance, legal, HR and other operational groups. In addition, the role demands strong project management capabilities, a passion for learning, a strategic point of view that aligns with the goals of the business, and the ability to earn the confidence of respective colleagues and leadership.
Experience with investor relations, crisis communications and executive communications is required.
This is a high-visibility role that will provide a tremendous opportunity to engage with top-level leaders on the most important strategic initiatives and communications campaigns underway across the company.
