Investment Compliance Analyst (m/f/d) – 40% home office

YOUR TASKS:

  • Monitoring and professional assessment of compliance with legal and contractual investment limits for different fund and mandate structures
  • Support and further development of compliance and control processes in connection with regulatory requirements
  • Review of investment guidelines and sales prospectuses, as well as support in their professional development.
  • Conducting ex-post controls and participating in the ex-ante review of investment decisions
  • Coordination with asset management companies, custodians and external service providers on issues of investment limits and regulatory requirements.
  • Conception and maintenance of inspection, test and process documentation for internal controls, audits and revisions
  • Support in implementing IT requirements and automation solutions for more efficient monitoring of plant boundaries
  • Support for new products regarding regulatory requirements, target market and permissible investment limits


Responsibilities
  • YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:Completed studies in an economics, finance or law field, or training as a bank clerk or investment fund clerk.
  • At least 2 years of practical experience in a comparable role, preferably with contact to investment compliance, fund management or regulatory issues.
  • Solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g. UCITS, AIF, KAGB, WpHG, MiFID etc.)
  • Practical experience with investment compliance checks and technical administration in PMS systems.
  • Excellent understanding of data-driven, rule-based processes and system logics
  • Experience with portfolio management, compliance, or boundary systems is an advantage.
  • Teamwork skills as well as strong communication and coordination skills
  • Very good German and good English skills
