ABOUT US

Our Early Careers program recruits school leavers, university graduates, and professionals who are passionate about building a career in Financial Crime Compliance. Through specialized training at Capitex, tailored for financial services industries like banking, fintech, payments, EMIs, and exchanges, we ensure participants are equipped with the skills and experience to succeed in FCC.
Our mission is to help entry-level FCC professionals gain real-world work experience, while preparing them to become effective in FCC. Interns are deployed to clients who can assess their fit for full-time or contract roles, offering a valuable “try-before-you-hire” benefit. At the same time, we build a reliable pipeline of skilled FCC associates for future paid assignments—an essential part of our business model at Capitex.

REQUIREMENTS

• Position: Financial Crime Compliance Entry-Level Analyst/Consultant
• Commitment: 2 days of work experience per week
• Duration: 3-month non-paid internship contract (FCC training program with hands-on experience)
