About the Role:As a Financial Crime Officer, you'll investigate customer activity, identify potential risks and make informed, risk-based recommendations.
You'll review customer profiles, onboarding information, transactional activity and account behaviour to identify unusual or suspicious activity. You'll also communicate directly with customers where further information is needed to support your investigations.
This is a hands-on role where you'll need to combine attention to detail with good judgement and the ability to look beyond individual alerts to understand the wider customer picture.
About You We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, analytical and comfortable investigating information to understand what's really going on.
You may already have experience in financial crime, AML, KYC, compliance, fraud or a similar investigative environment. Alternatively, you may have transferable experience and be looking to develop your career within financial crime.
Experience of AML, transaction monitoring and raising SARs would be beneficial.
