About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Officer to support the Head of Compliance in maintaining regulatory standards and effective compliance controls. The role will focus on KYC/AML, client onboarding, compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting, and internal controls within the FX and CFDs industry.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory frameworks.
• Conduct compliance monitoring and identify potential regulatory breaches, risks, and control gaps.
• Review client onboarding, KYC, CDD, EDD, background checks, sanctions screening, and risk assessments.
• Review high-risk clients and escalate suspicious activities or AML concerns where required.
• Support transaction monitoring and SAR/STR review and escalation.
• Ensure client records and compliance documentation are accurate and up to date.
• Assist with regulatory audits, inspections, reporting, and regulatory submissions.
• Monitor regulatory developments and support the implementation of required changes.
• Provide compliance guidance and support AML/KYC training and awareness.
• RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Risk Management, Audit, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of Compliance or AML/KYC experience, with relevant experience within the FX and CFDs industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements, AML/CFT, KYC/CDD/EDD, sanctions, and transaction monitoring.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• CAMS, ICA, or similar certification is an advantage.
