Description

We are currently looking for a Financial Data Analyst to join our team remotely from Lebanon and support in building financial models, analyzing financial data, and contributing to business decision-making processes. This position will work closely with IT and finance teams to ensure effective financial systems and reporting. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards using Power BI. Analyze financial data and create insightful reports to support business decision-making. Collaborate with IT and finance teams to gather and interpret financial data. Design and implement financial systems and processes to improve operational efficiency. Monitor financial performance by analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Conduct variance analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Support the budgeting and forecasting processes. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Provide technical support and training to the finance team on Power BI and other financial tools. Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases. Design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from multiple sources into a centralized data warehouse. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Financial Analyst with a solid understanding of financial systems and processes. Proficiency in Power BI (creating dashboards and reports). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Advanced knowledge of Excel and other financial software. Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Experience with ETL processes and tools. Experience with financial systems like Oracle Hyperion and Oracle NetSuite is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
