(DHi) is seeking a Hybrid Financial Data Entry Coordinator (Bookkeeping Support) to assist with data entry for financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate bookkeeping records. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in financial recordkeeping. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate with team members effectively. Key Responsibilities Billing & Accounts Processing Enter financial transactions accurately and timely. Reconcile accounts and verify data integrity. Maintain organized financial records. Compliance & Reporting Assist in preparing bookkeeping and financial reports for management review. Ensure compliance with financial policies and accounting standards. Support internal and external audits as needed. Cross-Department Coordination Collaborate with accounting, finance, and operations teams. Ensure financial data entry processes align with company policies and industry standards. Required Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in bookkeeping, data entry, or accounting support. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in government contracting or defense-related bookkeeping. Familiarity with accounting and ERP platforms. Time Management: Handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. Work Environment Professional office environment (or hybrid/remote if applicable). May require occasional travel.
