This is a remote position. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Central Time (1-hour unpaid break) Total Weekly Hours: 40 Hours Responsibilities Transfer daily trade results from trading platforms into company spreadsheets. Process client account submissions and record transfer forms accurately in spreadsheets. Monitor data for patterns and promptly identify any discrepancies or irregularities. Ensure zero-error accuracy in all data transfer and entry operations. Maintain a consistent daily workflow to support active trading operations. Requirements Exceptional attention to detail with a zero-tolerance approach to errors. Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial data entry. Strong numerical aptitude and ability to interpret financial data. Analytical mindset with the ability to detect trends and anomalies in datasets. Proficiency in spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Reliable and consistent availability during assigned working hours.
