We are looking for an experienced Financial Director to lead our finance function, drive strategic financial planning and support business growth in a fast-paced technology environment. Responsibilities Lead the overall financial strategy, planning and performance monitoring of the company Oversee budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial modeling aligned with business objectives Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders Supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports Monitor financial performance, KPIs and variances, ensuring proactive risk management and corrective actions Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and internal financial policies Manage cash flow, liquidity planning and cost optimization initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth, investments and new projects Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Support audits, funding processes and relationships with external partners, banks and stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA will be considered an asset) 8+ years of experience in Finance roles, ideally in a senior or leadership position Strong understanding of financial planning, reporting, budgeting and corporate finance principles Experience in fast-growing or technology-driven environments will be highly appreciated Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and decision-making skills Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills Fluency in English (written and spoken) An attractive salary package Private health insurance plans An amazing private & open-office workspace in Athens #LI_OnSite Continuous training via personalized seminars Stable and enjoyable working environment
