The Crown Prosecution Service are recruiting a financial examiner across Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool, London, Manchester, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Nottingham, Sheffield and Swansea.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a financial examiner, you advise financial investigators, prosecutors and civil recovery trustees on information, costs, and enforcement management. You work with financial investigators and prosecutors to produce civil disclosure and costs schedules, in accordance with civil procedure rules, directions and relevant case law. You act as an advisory service for the telephone queries relating to Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, financial statements and case law.
