This Financial Insights Specialist role exists to lift how insight is created, shared, and used across Contact. It’s here to ensure financial thinking is embedded early, consistently, and commercially, helping teams make informed choices about where we invest, how we perform, and how we manage risk in an environment that’s constantly changing. You’re confident in your technical foundations but equally aware that insight only matters when it helps people make better decisions. You’re likely to bring: Strong experience in financial insights, analysis, or business partnering within a for‑profit environment A commercial mindset and an ability to connect technical work to strategic outcomes Confidence working in matrixed or cross‑functional environments The ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders and diverse teams Comfort giving and receiving feedback, and contributing to the growth of others Bonus points if you also bring Experience shaping or uplifting financial frameworks, standards, or methodologies Exposure to governance, assurance, or board‑level reporting A curiosity for improving how work gets done through better processes or smarter use of technology If you don’t tick every box but this role speaks to how you want to work and grow, we still encourage you to apply.
