  The Finance Lead will be responsible for managing financial planning, analysis, budgeting and forecasting, as well as providing strategic recommendations to drive business growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, the Aged Care Act, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail.

• Business partnering for the Homecare, Allied Health and Disability Services, including reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of the current Aged Care Act, the proposed New Aged Care Act and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (and the rules and regulations that govern the sectors)
• Providing specialist analysis and advice to Consumer Directed Care leadership to drive business growth and sustainability
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting for Home Care, Clinical Therapies and Disability Services
• Preparing and assisting with acquittals and acquittal lodgements
