POSITION SUMMARY:

The Financial Management Analyst- Robotics Process Automation (RPA) is responsible for the full lifecycle of RPA and automation projects within DoD financial management. The RPA FM Analyst will analyze processes, develop and implement automation solutions, and provide ongoing maintenance and support, while ensuring compliance and collaboration with stakeholders. Specifically:

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or other related field

EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in developing and implementing RPA solutions using platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Strong understanding of process analysis and automation design principles.
• Familiarity with database management and SQL.
• Familiarity with IT security frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-53, RMF).
• Understanding of APIs, scripting languages (Python, PowerShell), and data integration
• Support DevSecOps and agile development practices within the DoD environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to Obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to do client travel as needed

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in full-scale RPA Implementation at DoD Environment (to incl. RPA Project Lifecycle, Process Development, Deployment, Go-Live, Post-Go Live)
• Experience working with DoD financial management systems and processes.
• Knowledge of DoD Financial Management
• Experience with other automation tools, such as workflow automation platforms, or API integrations.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer, Automation Anywhere Certified Advance RPA Professional)
