Job Description Keep track of all the business’ financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records. Organize and maintain the accounting filing system, ensuring easy access to financial data. Manage the annual budget and petty cash fund, monitoring and reporting any budget variances or significant issues. Process payments to suppliers, customers, and debts in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with payment schedules. Enforce sales tax collection from customers and promptly remit them to the government. Monitor and ensure the prompt collection of receivables to maintain healthy cash flow. Reconcile financial books with bank statements regularly to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. Communicate financial issues to the management team in a clear and concise manner. Adhere to standard accounting procedures and policies to maintain consistency and accuracy. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal government reporting requirements. Perform reconciliation tasks with our Korea offices to ensure alignment and accuracy.
