Financial Manager | Limassol, Cyprus We’re looking for an experienced Financial Manager to join an international iGaming company with a strong presence across multiple markets and legal entities. This role combines hands-on financial operations, international reporting, and cash flow management in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Salary: € 2,500–3,000 Format: Full-time, Office-based (Hybrid after probation) Location: Limassol, Cyprus About the Role: This role is a combination of financial operations, international accounting, and cash flow management. You’ll work closely with banks, auditors, legal teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring financial stability across multiple jurisdictions. The position requires strong attention to detail, confidence in international finance, and the ability to manage complex financial structures independently. Key Responsibilities: • Execute payments via multiple banking systems (multi-bank, SWIFT, SEPA, etc.) • Prepare and issue invoices to partners; monitor incoming payments • Manage and control accounts receivable and payable • Communicate with bank support teams • Prepare documentation for bank compliance and KYC procedures • Monitor cash flow and allocate budgets across legal entities • Legal Entities & International Reporting • Manage operational activities of legal entities in different jurisdictions • Prepare documentation for VAT filings and annual reports • Liaise with external auditors; collect and provide required documentation • Review and approve reports submitted by external auditors • Participate in legal and corporate matters together with the legal team (deal structuring, contract review, transaction support) • Prepare management reports upon request from leadership • Maintain budgets, control cash flow, and perform plan-vs-actual analysis • 3+ years of experience in a similar financial role • Hands-on experience working with international banks and compliance requirements • Solid understanding of international financial and tax reporting • Advanced Excel skills • Confident spoken and written English (working language) • Strong attention to detail, structured mindset, and ability to work independently Nice to Have: • Experience in iGaming, FinTech, or international companies with multi-country operations • Comfortable office in Limassol, Cyprus • Work schedule: Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00 (1-hour lunch break) • Hybrid format after probation (50% office / 50% remote) • Official employment • Free lunches or meal compensation (€210/month) • Medical insurance for the employee and family members after probation • Paid vacation: 21 working days • Paid day-off by agreement with the manager • Convenient office parking • Birthday and childbirth bonuses • Friendly, professional team and stable international business
