POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Financial Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the full financial function of the business, including budgeting, reporting, compliance, and operational finance. A strong emphasis will be placed on managing working capital, including creditors and debtors, to ensure optimal cash flow and financial health.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• BCom Degree in Accounting / Finance (or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior finance role
• Strong experience in cash flow, debtors, and creditors management
• Proficient in accounting systems (e.g., Sage, Pastel, or similar)
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and financial modelling
• Solid understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights for strategic decisions
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (VAT, PAYE, tax, etc.)
• Coordinate external audits and manage internal financial controls
• Manage cash flow and liquidity planning
