  • Chartered Accountant (Singapore)– ISCA membership required.
  • Minimum5–8 years of relevant experiencein accounting/finance, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong technical knowledge ofSFRS, tax regulations, and compliance matters.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g.,SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Xero) and strong MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with discretion and integrity.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedFinance Managerto join our family office. The ideal candidate is anISCA-qualified finance professionalwith strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and proven experience in managing end-to-end financial operations. This role will oversee accounting, reporting, and compliance while supporting strategic decision-making for a dynamic and multi-entity investment environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions, including month-end closing, consolidation, and management reporting.
  • Ensure compliance withSingapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)and other statutory requirements.
  • Overseecash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to supportinvestment strategies and business decisions.
  • Liaise withauditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatorson all finance-related matters.
  • Implement and maintain robustinternal controls, financial policies, and procedures.
  • Support corporate finance activities such asfunding, investments, and restructuringwhen required.
  • Supervise and mentor junior finance staff, ensuring accuracy and professional development.
