JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Develop financial strategies and provide recommendations to senior management
• Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Manage accounting team and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial information
• Analyze financial data and create financial models to support decision-making
• Identify areas for cost savings and revenue generation
• Collaborate with other departments to improve business performance
• Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risk
  Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• CPA or CFA certification preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field
• Experience in leadership or management role
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards
• Experience working in TALLY
