Strategic & Financial Planning * Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term financial strategies * Prepare and review annual budgets and financing plans * Conduct cash flow forecasting to ensure operational liquidity * Support decisions related to expansion, investment, and cost optimization Financial Management & Control * Oversee all accounting and financial operations * Review and approve financial statements and reports * Establish and maintain spending and credit policies * Ensure efficient utilization of financial resources Reporting & Analysis * Provide financial and analytical reports to senior management * Analyze financial performance, profitability, and liquidity metrics * Monitor financial KPIs and recommend corrective actions * Present financial insights clearly to non‑financial stakeholders Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field * 3–5 years of experience in financial management or senior finance roles * Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis * Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools * Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills
