JOB DESCRIPTION:

As the Financial Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial operations of 4 company branches. You will be responsible for ensuring the financial health and profitability of each branch while maintaining accurate financial records and providing insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial processes, a leadership mindset, and the ability to drive financial success across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily financial operations across 4 branches, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze branch-level financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections.
  • Provide financial advice and support to branch managers to optimize budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Monitor branch performance and implement corrective actions as needed to meet financial goals.
  • Manage monthly and annual closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and drive business growth.
  • Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance and resolve any issues.
  • Develop and implement financial processes and systems to streamline operations across branches.
  • Train and mentor branch accountants and financial staff to ensure high standards of performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a multi-branch environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office Suite (Excel expertise required).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple locations.
  • Attention to detail and ability to solve complex financial problems.
  • CPA or CFA designation is a plus.
