The Financial Modeler will provide onsite and remote federal program leadership. RESPONSIBILITIES Build and maintain detailed financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF), debt service coverage ratios (DSCR), conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses for large infrastructure transactions, with a project and corporate finance structure Analyze financial statements and perform in-depth financial analysis Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and assumptions for model inputs Conduct industry and company research to support project/transaction and recommendations. Participate in client/team meetings and discussions, providing analytical insights and advice Maintain and update models based on project activity and projections Support an extensive complex portfolio of projects post loan closure Ensure the models’ accuracy while enhancing the existing models’ quality Recommend and implement process improvement measure Requirements Minimum of US Citizenship required to obtain client-issued Public Trust Five (5) years of experience in a financial analytics or operational analytics environment. Experience with assessing financial strategy, conducting impact analysis, and creating dynamic models to support what-if scenarios Experience in building complex data models fed from multiple data sources Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent attention to detail and an understanding of fundamental business writing Expertise in Microsoft Office Products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree COMPENSATION Includes paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, 401k matching, life insurance, health, vision, and dental benefits.
