Work Location: Portsmouth, NH
Salary range: An annual salary of $60,000 plus bonus is what we expect to pay for this position, based on overall skills and experience.

What You’ll Do: CCF’s Loan/Lease assets currently total $1.1 billion+ as of 02/28/25. CCF’s financial operations and portfolio management responsibilities (outlined below), managed by Dana Galvin’s team, are currently operating at full capacity and will require replacement of current role, Financial Operations Analyst for continued growth.

Manage Accounts Receivables, including generating, reviewing and mailing daily billing statements.

  • Processing incoming payments and monitoring the cash ledger
  • Daily Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) file generation
  • Assist with the preparation and processing of customer payoff requests.
  • Assist with booking Loan and Lease agreements, including accurately recording deprecation, pricing and accounting treatment Customer Service calls and inquires
  • Serve as the backup administrator for the core operating system, and assist with production upgrade testing, help desk and technical support.
  • Perform extensive monthly management and accounting business reporting.

Portfolio Administration

  • Assist CCF Operations with portfolio management processes, including but not limited to:
  • Preparation of lien releases for execution
  • Purging of terminated contract files as required
  • Reviewing incoming titles for correctness and allocating to the appropriate contract
  • Reviewing incoming insurance renewals and distributing
  • Assisting with post funding follow up requests / correspondence
  • Other miscellaneous portfolio management duties as assigned

What Do You Need?

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Technology Skills:

  • Ability to work with the Microsoft Suite and learn/work with other Customers Bank’s applications
