CTC is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst-Military Community & Family Policy to perform financial analysis for the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Manpower and Reserve Affairs (OASD M&RA), with a focus on supporting Military Community & Family Policy (MC&FP) Program Oversight and Analysis. Providing support for the Financial Readiness (FINRED) program planning, budget administration, and other requirements related to Department of Defense efforts to promote and sustain the financial readiness of Service members and their families.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study or a combination of associate’s degrees and skills-based licenses and/or certifications.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in the Program & Financial Operations Analyst role in one or more of the following;
  • Program & Financial Operations Analyst role
  • Program Management
  • Program Business Operations
  • Operations and Security
  • Develop and Deliver Training,
  • Engineering and Information Security
  • Health Services
  • Logistics
  • Procurement
  • Life Cycle Services
  • Experience in DOD PPBE operations
  • Experience in Program Analysis and understanding of PPBE with financial Operations

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Relevant Professional Licenses or certifications
  • Experience working on projects in the program and financial operations analyst role.

Responsibilities
  • Perform financial analysis for the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Manpower and Reserve Affairs (OASD M&RA) that focuses on supporting the Military Community & Family Policy (MC&FP) Program Oversight and Analysis.
  • Support Financial Readiness (FINRED) program planning, budget administration, and execution to include development and monitoring the implementation of policy, procedures, and information requirements related to DoD efforts to promote and sustain the financial readiness of Service members and their families and the development and distribution of appropriate standardized training content and other educational products as necessary.
  • Support business process operations support, business case and structure analysis and recommendations including program analysis, strategic planning, financial management, operational and program oversight support.
  • Develop, draft, revise, and manage the coordination process for DoD policy issuances, including instructions, directives, and directive-type memoranda.
  • Provide programmatic analysis and planning support to policy drafts, special projects, and align program resource applications to DoD training and education strategy, policy, and direction.
