This position sits within the Finance team and focuses on analyzing customer financial data, delivering actionable insights, and educating customers on how to effectively use XiFin’s analytics, reporting tools, and financial workflows. This role blends strong financial acumen with customer engagement, requiring the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and translate insights into clear, practical guidance for customers. You will partner closely with internal analytics and customer success teams to support customer performance and drive adoption of XiFin’s financial capabilities. This position will be located at our offices in San Diego, CA. This position is not eligible for employment sponsorship now or in the future. Applicants must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the United States. ---------------------------------------- How you will make an impact: In this role, you’ll be responsible for: Customer Analytics & Insights * Drive customer enablement through training on reporting and self-service dashboards * Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities Deliver insights through reports and dashboards * Partner with internal customer teams to improve customer results and satisfaction Customer Education & Enablement * Train customers on platform analytics and reporting tools * Simplify complex financial concepts for non-finance users Reporting & Data Support * Compile and validate reporting data * Generate recurring and ad hoc reports Financial Operations Support * Assist with billing, reporting, and audit support Analyze fee schedules and financial benchmarks ---------------------------------------- What you will bring to the team: We’re looking for someone with a strong customer mindset and the ability to translate financial concepts to a non-financial audience. We will consider a combination of education and experience, including: * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field * 5+ years of experience in finance, analytics, or operations * Advanced Excel skills * Familiarity with EmpowerRCM and reporting tools * Demonstrated expertise with SQL, Tableau, or BI tools * Ability to apply AI tools to improve the customer experience * Demonstrated in-depth FP&A processes knowledge ---------------------------------------- Why XiFin? The expected annual salary range for this role is: $82,000.00-$90,000.00 Depending on your qualifications, you may be considered for either an Associate Specialist or Specialist title.
