This is a role for someone with 2-5 years’ experience in fund administration, portfolio or asset management operations, audit, banking operations, or a family office. The remit covers PE/VC fund operations, payments, document filing, and general administrative follow-up.

Turkish language essential. Fluent Turkish, spoken and written.

• Daily shared inbox management and document filing in Google Drive.
• Capital call recording, reconciliations, and capital account statement checks.
• Management fee checks against fund terms.
• Monthly line-by-line reconciliations.
• New PE/VC subscription packs and KYC documentation.
• Payment instructions and multi-bank balance reporting.
• US visa coordination with immigration counsel.
• US tax file management with advisors.
