Job Description We are hiring a Financial Operations Associate to support our corporate finance function. This role is designed to take execution-heavy finance and analytical work off leadership while giving the right candidate hands-on exposure to real-world financial operations, light due diligence, and process improvement. This is a role ideal for someone early in their finance career who is strong in Excel, understands financial statements, and wants broad exposure rather than a narrow silo. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain Excel-based financial analyses, trackers, and reporting Perform financial reviews and first-pass due diligence on acquisition opportunities Support process improvement and light automation. Help standardize recurring M&A workflows, templates, and documentation Provide general analytical and operational support to the finance team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 1–2 years of relevant experience Strong understanding of financial statements and basic financial concepts Advanced Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivot tables; modeling familiarity).
