Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate records. Support counselors in providing education on debt management and retirement planning. Ensure compliance with privacy and security standards. Requirements Associate degree in finance or related field. 2+ years of experience in financial services or customer support. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to pass Tier-1 background investigation. Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience with financial counseling programs. Knowledge of VA benefits and caregiver support programs.
