As our business expands, we are seeking a highly skilled and credentialed (active CFP® designation) to serve as our internal Financial Planner to lead financial planning creation and delivery to the firm’s growing client base. Position Summary - This role will focus exclusively on planning - without a sales requirement or relationship management book - allowing you to operate at the top of your license. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who excels at client discovery, data organization, modeling, and presenting clear and actionable planning strategies. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Client Discovery Lead planning process for new clients - from discovery through delivery Conduct plan input and scenario modeling using e-Money (primary system) Analyze financial documents including investment statements, insurance, liabilities, and estate documents Prepare and explain recommendations using clear, client-friendly language Plan Presentation & Collaboration Present planning strategies in partnership with lead advisors Support advanced planning opportunities; including tax-aware strategies, income distribution, charitable giving, risk management, and multi-generational designs Interface closely with internal insurance advisor to integrate protection solutions Process Optimization Maintain accuracy and data integrity within planning systems Proactively identify opportunities for deeper planning engagement Continue to enhance efficiency of planning workflows as we scale Requirements Required Qualifications · CFP® designation · Active FINRA Series 65 or equivalent · 3+ years of direct financial planning experience · Proficient in e-Money planning software · Strong communication and client-facing presentation skills Preferred Qualifications · Experience supporting multiple advisors simultaneously · Exposure to HNW/UHNW planning · Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
