Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross functional teams, to review KPI’s and resource metrics regularly, and to drive resource optimization, operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Work directly with leadership on budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Dive deep into financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities by analyzing & maintaining complex data and extract and define relevant information.
  • Develop financial models to support key business decisions and investments.
  • Analyze and track operational metrics including but not limited to capacity and productivity metrics. And help business leaders identify trends, understand their performance, and the drivers of results.
  • Produce & enhance meaningful management reports and establish a regular cadence with cost center owners on reporting and initiate joint action plans to improve.
  • Drive process improvements, efficiency, and time savings, eliminating waste and non-value add activities.
  • Support the European Finance Lead by consolidating financial data working together with various sites and create high quality PowerPoints summarizing financial performance and key metrics for senior leadership
  • Leverages advanced knowledge of systems, as cleaning and organizing large datasets using advance Excel techniques, building dashboards using PowerBI and extracting/submitting financial data into SAP/SAC.
