The Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst will join a dynamic, Corporate FP&A team that works cross-functionally within the organization to produce analytical deliverables to key stakeholders and executive management. This role is a member of a team with primary responsibilities over headquarter functions, consolidations, and analysis over segment financial results. HYBRID: Charlotte, NC JOB DUTIES: Participate in analysis of headquarter cost centers. Consolidate total company results on a monthly, quarterly, & annual basis. Support monthly forecast & annual budgeting process and assist in building strategic plans. Participate in monthly & quarterly presentations for the leadership team & Board of Directors. Provide financial and analytical support for external reporting requirements for the leadership team. Conduct ad-hoc analysis where necessary. Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing data accuracy and the quality of financial analysis. YOU MUST HAVE: 2+ years of financial planning or similar experience. Demonstrated prior experience in financial modeling. WE VALUE: Experience using financial systems and prior reporting experience for a multi-segment business. Experience developing forecasts and operating plans. Exceptional analytical skills (linking results to drivers). Skilled in delivering clear, concise, and effective communication across all organizational levels, including executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.
