What You’ll Do As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in building and strengthening ENTEK’s global FP&A and Corporate Performance Management (CPM) capabilities. You will help transform data into actionable insights, support strategic initiatives, and develop the analytical frameworks needed to support future growth. You will: Build and manage analytical models to support capital transactions, pricing analyses, and strategic initiatives Analyze operating results and prepare executive-level reports and presentations Coordinate monthly reporting packages covering financial and operational performance Partner with cross-functional leaders to model and evaluate business and product initiatives Develop and improve forecasting, planning, and reporting processes Act as a global process owner for annual operating plans, strategic financial plans, forecasts, and financial reviews This is a role where you can sharpen your skills, expand your impact, and help shape the financial foundation of a growing organization. Requirements What We’re Looking For We are seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys solving complex problems and turning data into clear, strategic insights. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field 2+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Solid understanding of accounting concepts and principles Intermediate to expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Experience with Microsoft D365, Power BI, or SQL is a plus Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills CPA, CFA, and/or MBA desirable Working Relationships Collaborates closely with finance leadership and cross-functional partners Communicates insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels of the organization About ENTEK ENTEK is more than a manufacturing company—we’re a team driven by values.
