What you'll do: We are seeking an Analyst II to join our Corporate FP&A team. This role will partner closely with finance leadership and business stakeholders to provide insights that drive performance. The ideal candidate has a solid grounding in financial analysis and accounting principles, a strong analytical mindset, the ability to communicate insights clearly and concisely, and a mindset of continuous improvement. Support the monthly close, forecasting, and annual budgeting processes. Build and maintain financial models to analyze performance and key business metrics. Partner with regional business leaders to deliver variance analyses, identify trends, and propose actionable insights. Prepare management reporting decks and performance reviews for senior leadership. Assist in the development and improvement of reporting tools, dashboards, and KPIs. Contribute to ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic initiatives and business cases. What you'll bring: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 2–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting. Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles. Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) is a plus. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities. A strong commitment to growth, learning, and continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in cash flow and working capital management Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, etc). CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus but not required.
